Bordello is based on the three-movement structure of Toguku (Traditional Chinese Music). The characters are divided into two groups: the Emperor's agents and people inside a bordello. The agents find immortal recipe and return to central land. During the journey, they stay in the bordello, and kill their officer in order to possess the immortal recipe. Meanwhile, wife of the bordello owner is murdering her husband with her wicked lover. The agents and the wife of the bordello formed an alliance to cover their conspiracy. These immortal agents who follow different philosophies, such as utilitarianism, totalitarianism, and universal love can live for two thousand years through the major parts of Chinese history. Every time the agents come back to the bordello to have their immortal meeting, there is always a similar murder taking place in the bordello. Bordello features repeated stories to reveal the truth of history.
